Safety Policy

Safety is Not a Priority. It is a Prerequisite.

Our safety policy is embedded in every procedure, toolbox talk, blast clearance, and equipment check — from the first hour of mobilisation to project handover.

  • Regular safety training programmes conducted at site by qualified HSE officers for all workforce categories
  • Mandatory regular health and fitness check-ups for every member of our staff and labour force
  • Traffic control system during construction activities — trained through State Traffic Authority seminars
  • PESO-compliant explosive handling procedures enforced on every blasting operation without exception
  • Daily toolbox talks before every work shift to reinforce hazard awareness and safe work procedures
  • Vibration and air-blast monitoring at every controlled blasting operation near structures or populated areas
  • ISO-aligned Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) management systems deployed on all active project sites
  • Incident investigation and near-miss reporting culture embedded in our corporate safety management system
