Mewara Group's piling division provides deep foundation solutions for some of India's most demanding civil infrastructure projects. Our piling rigs and experienced operators are deployed on bridge foundations, flyovers, high-rise structures, industrial facilities, and data centre campuses where ground conditions require engineered pile solutions.

We operate rotary drilling rigs for bored cast-in-situ piles โ€” the most common foundation type for heavy bridges and structures in India. Our rigs can socket into rock strata to achieve the bearing capacities required for major bridge piers and abutments, and we are experienced in casing installation for unstable soil horizons near waterways and coastal sites.

For CFA (Continuous Flight Auger) piling, our specialist equipment enables rapid installation of displacement piles in cohesive soils โ€” producing low vibration, low noise foundations ideal for urban sites and projects near sensitive existing structures. CFA piling is particularly effective for data centre campus foundations and industrial facilities where speed of construction is critical.

Our driven pile capability covers precast concrete and steel H-pile systems, deployed using hydraulic and diesel hammers on sites where ground conditions favour driven solutions. All piling operations are supported by our in-house concrete batching plants, ensuring consistent pile concrete quality.
